How to provide public testimony
Call in During the Meeting
The most effective way to voice your support is by calling in to the meeting on Monday night. (This is because emails and voicemails likely won't be read/played during the meeting.)
Because of COVID-19, the meeting is online. When you call in, you’ll be on hold and muted until it’s your turn to speak. When it’s your turn, only your voice will be heard (no video). You will be able to hear the meeting on your phone while you are on hold.
Email or Voicemail - If you’re not able to call in during the meeting, you must submit your comments by voicemail or email by 2pm on Monday - the sooner, the better.
Please let us know that you will testify and we will provide detailed instructions.
